For the new season, we've prepared early harvest, cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil with the quality and taste you expect from us.

We carefully harvested the olives, the greatest gift of the Aegean's fertile and rich geography, while they are still green and at their highest polyphenol levels, transforming them into a veritable health elixir: cold-pressed early harvest extra virgin olive oil. We did not use any chemicals or fertilizers on the olive trees. The olives, grown entirely naturally, were cold-pressed using a method that minimizes contact with air, and immediately transferred to UV-protected glass bottles.

The income generated from the sale of products by the EGET Foundation's Economic Enterprise is transferred to students as scholarships.
