✨ EGET Turns 10: A Journey Dedicated to Education and Nature
Our Lavender Harvest Festival, which we have been organizing with great passion for 9 years, was crowned this year with the joy of celebrating the 10th anniversary of the EGET Foundation. 💜
We sincerely thank Merve Fidem Barut, Member of the Muğla Metropolitan and Menteşe Municipal Councils; Bülent Karakuş, President of the Muğla Chamber of Commerce; Hurşit Öztürk, President of the Muğla Commodity Exchange; Dr. Özge Demirel, Acting Head of the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Family Services Department; Ms. Buket Kallem, Head of the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Agricultural Services Department; and all our valued guests for honoring us with their participation in our festival. 🙏
Following a presentation by Özlem Uzman, one of the founders and our Chairperson of the Board of Directors of our foundation, on the foundation's ten-year journey, we held the awards ceremony for the "Nature Through the Eyes of Children" themed photography competition, organized as part of EGET Foundation's 10th anniversary events. We presented the prizes to the winning children.
Afterwards, we planted an olive tree, a symbol of peace, resilience, and rootedness, at our Armutçuk Organic Farm as a symbol of our 10th anniversary.
