The EGET Foundation, which provides educational support in Muğla, attracted attention with the donations it collected at the "Running for Good" event held in Eskişehir. Participating in the event for the first time, EGET became the NGO that collected the most donations nationwide.

Numerous NGOs participated in the 10-kilometer run organized by Adım Adım Association in Eskişehir on August 3, 2025. Participants created individual donation campaigns for their organizations. EGET volunteers, with the donations they collected, both brought the organization to the top and created a significant resource for young people in need of educational support.

Naki Bulut, who participated in the run on behalf of EGET, was the person who collected the most donations among all participants. He was followed by Özlem Uzman and Evrim Çağlayan. In addition to individual successes, EGET also achieved the highest donation on an institutional basis. Other members of the team included Anıl Sevim, Bekir Gümüşdal, Gökhan Gündoğan, Orkan Selçuk, and Weilin Huang.

Özlem Uzman: Every donation contributes to a student's education

EGET Board Chair Özlem Uzman, in a statement after the event, emphasized that EGET uses all its activities to support more young people, stating that this is an unwavering goal. She said, “We thank our donors very much. The donations of good people will give hope to young people. We may not know many of you, but we sincerely felt your support at every step. It is a great joy to know that we did not take any step alone on this path we embarked on to give hope to young people and to breathe life into nature. This year, for the first time, EGET Foundation participated in Adım Adım's Running for Good organization. With every step I took on the running course, I felt the joy of people's support. We thank all EGET members and supporters, and our volunteers who contributed to us.”
